By accessing or using ToolsifyFree (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
ToolsifyFree provides free, browser-based utilities for resizing, compressing, recoloring, blurring and converting images, and for converting video into animated GIF files. Processing takes place on your own device; we do not operate a file upload server.
The Service is provided free of charge and may be modified, expanded or discontinued at any time.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not use the Service to:
- Process content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or that you do not have the right to use.
- Create or distribute material that sexualizes minors, depicts non-consensual acts, or is otherwise unlawful in your jurisdiction.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Remove, obscure or falsify copyright notices, watermarks or attribution in content you do not own.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
4. Your Content and Files
You keep all rights to the images and videos you process. Because processing is performed locally in your browser, we never receive your files and therefore never claim any license or ownership over them.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to the content you process and for how you use the results.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service itself — including its name, logo, interface design, text and source code — is owned by ToolsifyFree and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the Service or substantial parts of it without our prior written permission.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may link to third-party websites or use third-party libraries. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results will meet your expectations.
You are responsible for keeping backups of your original files. Always verify the output before deleting anything.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolsifyFree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service (which is zero for free use) or the minimum permitted by applicable law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ToolsifyFree and its operators from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
10. Availability and Changes to the Service
We may add, change or remove features at any time, and may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance. We do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability.
11. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or that use creates a legal or security risk.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
